Feel amazing. Go dry for Aussies facing blood cancer
Bianca Tesoriero (centre), diagnosed with leukaemia in 2020.

Dry July challenges you to go alcohol-free for a month and raise funds for Aussies affected by blood cancer

You’re challenged to give up alcohol for the month of July and raise crucial funds that will go directly towards our nationwide team of Blood Cancer Support Coordinators.

These life-changing support workers are there to ensure Australians are supported through every fearful, uncertain moment that follows a blood cancer diagnosis.

Whether it’s a friendly face or voice to turn to for someone newly diagnosed, or information about treatment and side effects, Blood Cancer Support Coordinators are there every step of the way providing expertise, guidance and a helping hand at every turn.

Ask your family, friends and workmates to sponsor you in your Dry July challenge. Or better yet, ask them to join you!

Start a workplace team

The Leukaemia Foundation is calling for all workplaces to take on the Dry July challenge!

Dry July is a great way to shake things up in your workplace and bring your team closer together after a couple of years that has been anything but business-as-usual — all while doing something amazing for Aussies facing blood cancer.

Promoting fun and healthy habits can also build a stronger workplace culture and boost your energy and productivity at work, so everybody will be fresh as a daisy for those 9am meetings!

Every cent your team raises will go straight towards supporting our Blood Cancer Support Coordinators, who are there to help the 50 Aussies who are diagnosed with blood cancer every day.

Join the movement… put down that glass and go alcohol free for families facing blood cancer. You’ll feel amazing (and your wallet will, too!).
