Dry July

Making an impact with Dry July

The Leukaemia Foundation is proud to be a beneficiary of Dry July, building on our strong history of working together to support the wellbeing of people at any stage of their cancer experience.

You’re challenged to go alcohol-free this July and give Australians with blood cancer the life-changing support they need.

The money you raise will help fund the work of the Leukaemia Foundation’s Blood Cancer Support Coordinators, who provide critical support services to people with blood cancer.

Like a caring coach in your corner, Blood Cancer Support Coordinators are there for everyone facing blood cancer, helping people feel strong and supported when they need it most. In-person, over the phone and online, they provide personalised support to anyone who needs it, regardless of where they live.

Plus, having a month off alcohol has great health benefits, too, so you’re not only helping the blood cancer community, you’re helping yourself! Win win!

Ask your family, friends and workmates to sponsor you. Or better yet, ask them to jump onboard and join you!

Start a workplace team

Start a workplace team and take on the Dry July challenge together!

It’s a fantastic way to bond with your colleagues and foster a positive team culture — all while doing something extraordinary for Australians facing blood cancer.

Promoting fun and healthy habits can also boost energy and productivity at work, so everyone will at their best for those 9am meetings!

By raising funds and going alcohol-free this July, your workplace team can give families access to practical help and guidance from an experienced Blood Cancer Support Coordinator to get through the toughest of times.

Join the movement… Go Dry this July and help give life-changing support to Australians affected by blood cancer.
