Emotional support services

To support you and your loved ones through the roller coaster of diagnosis, treatment and survivorship, we offer emotional support and assistance with our highly trained support services team.

Our staff have backgrounds in healthcare and are all experienced in offering emotional support.

About our Emotional support services

When you are diagnosed with a blood cancer, it is only natural to feel a range of emotions: grief, anger, fear and sadness, to name a few. As you go through treatment and try to adjust to the changes this brings to your life, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our Blood Cancer Support Coordinators are here to help you and your loved ones at every stage of your cancer journey.

Everyone has different emotional responses at different stages, so whether you just need to talk to someone about how you are feeling today, need some support adjusting or are feeling completely overwhelmed by your emotions, we are here to listen, provide support and connect you with other services who can help.

We also know that the people around you can be experiencing some of their own emotional challenges, so we are also here for them.
