Our transport service provides free, safe and comfortable access to treatment. The fleet of vehicles generously provided by Bridgestone and Holden are driven by our friendly volunteers, who will care for you like family. It's just one of the ways we help to lighten the load.
Many people find it helpful to talk to others who are living with the same disease as themselves. Our moderated telephone forums are a safe and easy way for you to connect with others from the comfort of your own home.
Our biggest fundraising event is back March 15-17! Pledge to shave or colour your hair and raise funds to help us reach our $15 million goal. It's a fun way to tackle the serious need for vital research and ongoing free services to support people with blood cancer.
Every day, volunteers like V8 Holden Racing Driver, Garth Tander, support the Leukaemia Foundation. They're not all famous, but they're all special. Watch our special video tribute.
The long-term support from GM Holden is just one example of partnerships that support the Leukaemia Foundation's Vision to Cure and Mission to Care.
The 2009-10 Leukaemia Foundation of Australia Annual Report features information about the people we have supported, our national research program, and our achievements for the year.
