John James Village

The John James Village in Garran provides not only a hygienic, low-risk environment close to Canberra Hospital, but also a modern comfortable home-away-from-home for patients, their carers and families. The Village contains six purpose-designed, self-contained units, all with disabled access. Care is at hand from Leukaemia Foundation staff based on-site.

Patients, their families and carers can stay for as long as required without charge. The Village features landscaped surrounds including a vegetable garden and BBQ area, a recreation room, laundry, gym, spa, and access to a range of movies.
