You’re invited to explore yoga for blood cancer — a gentle, guided online experience designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing. Research shows yoga can help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall quality of life — and now you can try it for yourself from the comfort of home.

Led by Sophie Patnicroft-Gray, an experienced yoga practitioner and blood cancer survivor, these sessions are created specifically for people living with blood cancer. And if you can’t attend live, don’t worry! Both will be recorded and available on the Leukaemia Foundation website for you to enjoy anytime.
