Thanks to the support of the Leukaemia Foundation community, Siah and her family found a home-away-from-home at the Leukaemia Foundation Blood Cancer Centre in Brisbane, keeping them together at a time when they needed each other most.
Siobhan was diagnosed with blood cancer at just 14 and needed to relocate close to a hospital for treatment. But thanks to donors like you, she found a home-away-from-home at the Leukaemia Foundation Blood Cancer Centre in Brisbane and got the stem-cell transplant she desperately needed to survive.
Alan never expected a routine visit to the GP to turn into a life-changing blood cancer diagnosis. Now, more than three years post treatment, Alan is embracing life with resilience, gratitude and a new purpose.
