Topic: Taking care of ourselves
A blood cancer diagnosis is a marathon, not a sprint. Taking care of ourselves along the way is not a luxury – it is essential. In this group, we will explore what ‘taking care of ourselves’ really means when living with blood cancer. We will talk about common barriers and share practical, realistic ways to build small moments of care into everyday life.
