Louis’ family thank you for amazing Christmas spirit
An update from little Louis – from our 2018 Christmas appeal.
Louis and his family were overwhelmed by generous support when he was battling blood cancer over Christmas 2018, knowing he would need a life-saving stem cell transplant in the new year. This last Christmas was a much different affair with Louis feeling strong and now in ‘maintenance’ treatment after the transplant was a success.
Louis and his family really cherished the messages of support sent back on the special baubles included in the Christmas Appeal letter. The family had over 160 wonderful messages to read through and hang on their Christmas tree!
Being able to spend Christmas at home was the best present the family could have wished for.Posted on March 12th, 2020
