Blood cancer support group – Coping with change (Tuesday 17 February)

Change is part of life—but a blood cancer diagnosis can bring changes you never asked for. In this session, we’ll talk openly about what’s shifted, what’s been hard, and what’s helped you get through. Together, we’ll share experiences and simple strategies for navigating life as it is now, and finding steadier ground in the “new normal.”

These groups are interactive in nature & your participation is valued.  Where possible, we encourage cameras to be turned on for the session to create a warm and safe environment for all participants.

Group sizes are limited so registration is essential.
