Translational Research Program
Translational Research Program
The Translational Research Program (TRP) takes a bench-to-bedside focus, with a view to accelerating laboratory findings into actual blood cancer treatments.
The Leukaemia Foundation joins USA’s Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Snowdome Foundation in this international research collaboration to jointly fund of up to two TRP applications focused on blood cancer research from investigators working in Australia, Australian investigators working in other countries, or to Australian and non-Australian researchers jointly applying.
As an LLS initiative, this program funds new and innovative research that proposes novel approaches to the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of blood cancers and shows high promise for translating basic biomedical knowledge to clinical application.
Proposals should be based on molecular, cellular, or integrated systems findings and be conceptually innovative.
Please monitor the LLS website for updates to the application for 2024 funding round timelines.
