Clinical and postdoctoral fellowships
The Leukaemia Foundation provides support for the educational and professional development of researchers, medical students and health professionals.
We offer clinical and postdoctoral fellowships of up to $100,000 pa. These awards are to support basic, applied and translational research in Australia into the causes, treatment and care of people with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders. Selections will be made by an independent panel of experts. Grants will be awarded for one year but extensions may be considered from successful applicants in subsequent funding rounds.
Applying for clinical and postdoctoral fellowships
Applications for clinical and postdoctoral fellowships will be open in April each year. Applications for fellowships close on July 25 in 2008. It is the responsibility of the applicant to read carefully the eligibility criteria and general information for applicants on the Fellowships and Scholarships page.
New Investigators Grant
One New Investigators Grant with a total value of up to $10,000 may be offered in 2008 to a candidate based in a West Australian research or medical institution. Applications close 26th September 2008. For further information, download an application form.
