Kidsflix is back again this November!

Kidsflix is a project enabling children with disabilities, illness or living in disadvantaged situations to have an out of the ordinary day with their family -a movie experience including popcorn, drinks and fun pre-movie entertainment - with their sisters, brothers and parents/carers.

Living with a chronic illness or being disadvantaged is extremely challenging, but experiencing this as a child is even more difficult. Kidsflix provides a fun-filled, FREE, positive experience for children with special needs and their families. For many of the children who attend Kidsflix events, this is the first time they have ever been to a cinema. The overwhelming feedback from the children and parents all has the same message – “it is the best time we have ever had”.

The event will be held at Ace Cinemas in Midland Gate Shopping Centre.

This event is Free for children. We are relying on the generosity of the community to send these children to the event. If you would like to donate, here is how your money can help.

$40 will send 1 children to Kidsflix
$200 will send 5 children to Kidsflix
$400 will send 10 children to Kidsflix

Your 100% tax deductible donation will also help the Leukaemia Foundations patient support and research programs.

The Leukaemia Foundation is proud to launch Kidsflix and provide a much needed, positive family experience to Western Australian children. We are committed to enriching the lives of children in need and have pledged to send 500 West Australian children each year to experience the fun of going to a movie.

Please RSVP to Shari on 6241 1000 if you have a child you would like to bring along to Kidsflix.
