Dr Simon Harrison is the lead Haematologist for Myeloma at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Director of Clinical Apheresis and a clinician scientist in the Haematology Immunology Translational Research Laboratory.
Clinical research: His clinical research spans the full spectrum of haematologic malignancies, with a focus on novel therapies including novel drug combinations, early phase clinical trial design, the incorporation of novel biomarkers into clinical protocols and cellular therapy. Much of his work has been in the field of multiple myeloma.
Laboratory research: Dr Harrison is a member of the Haematology Immunology Translation Research Laboratory where his work focuses on the immunopathology of multiple myeloma and the impact of novel drugs.
