Thanks to generous community support, the Leukaemia Foundation is proud to present the Annual Blood Cancer Conference in Melbourne on Saturday, September 10.
For the past seven years the Annual Blood Cancer Conference has been the cornerstone of Victoria’s education program for people impacted by a blood cancer diagnosis and their families.
It is a fundamental part of the Leukaemia Foundation’s commitment to the blood cancer community to provide world-class education and draws upon its strong relationships and connections within the haematological cancer sector.
Due to strong interest, the event will now be held at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at South Wharf More, offering more than 600 people a full day of direct access to Australia’s leading haematologists and treatment specialists.
The Annual Blood Cancer Conference aims to provide a current overview of treatment regimes, known side effects and late effects, research developments and survivorship insights.
For the first time, we are offering a specially designed session for carers which we anticipate will draw a large attendance.
As well as having leading expert clinicians and researchers present, attendees can also join specific sessions throughout the day across ten disease streams:
- Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
- Acute Myeloid Leukaemia
- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia
- Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia
- Hodgkin Lymphoma
- Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
- Myelodysplastic Syndrome
- Myeloproliferative Neoplasms
- Woldentroms Macroglobulinemia
