"Always Remember" gold rose release commemorates loved ones lost to blood cancer

Publish Date: 12/8/2016

Only a rose of the highest quality could be chosen to be named “Always Remember"™ for the Leukaemia Foundation. Its release by Knight's Roses this spring coincided with the Leukaemia Foundation’s annual Light the Night fundraising walks across Australia on October 7.

This magnificent rose is an internationally awarded, triple gold medal winning Floribunda variety with a soft, spicy fragrance and rich, golden yellow flowers.

Gold is also the colour of Light the Night’s signature lantern. Signifying the memory of a loved one lost to blood cancer, the ‘Always Remember" gold rose is a beautiful and fitting tribute.

The "Always Remember" rose is the first to be released by Knight's Roses to help raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation, with plans for a white and then blue shade of rose to commemorate the other coloured lanterns at future Light the Night walks.

Featuring large, well-shaped and prolific flowers, ‘Always Remember’ will grow in clusters on sturdy stems. The bush will grow 1m x 1m and will be ideal for mass planting, borders, hedges or pots.

Purchase the “Always Remember" rose online - a two year old in 200ml pot for $36.00 plus postage or a cutting in 135mm pot for $18.00 plus postage and handling - and $5 from the sale of every rose will help the Leukaemia Foundation to deliver practical and emotional support to families impacted by a blood cancer and fund research into treatments and cures.

The "Always Remember" rose is a beautiful way to commemorate the life of your loved one or a special gift for someone you care about with part proceeds of the sale of this rose proudly aiding blood cancer research and supporting families affected by blood cancer through the work of the Leukaemia Foundation.

Purchase your "Always Remember" rose today direct from Knight's Roses website or call 08 8523 1311.
